Had to hire a trailer (must be able to connect up without service) and the beautiful ladies helped me with the right cords and upon returning (their eftpos was down so they dealt with lots of rude Karen’s) she was still able to help me and give me all the beautiful energy I needed to get home. Thank You!Also a manager came in to help and was actually helping assist without her needing to ask.Amazing servo.

on 22 October 11pm, me and my friend just finished a fabulous diwali event in brabham and we want some coffee cuz we are heading to City afterwards, as we headed in the store, there was a girl named Manjot kaur, as we looked the coffee machine was not operating, she said it was cleaned and I cannot operate it, either to go another store or you can take a cold coffee if you want, she also said to give it on staff discount.. the way she spoke was very rude and unprofessional as she was looks so inexperienced, not to hate, but is this your so called experienced staff treating people like that, thanks..

The worker doesn't seem to be happy working here. So rude like he's own the store and it's not even busy, It was just me at the counter and another car fueling up. Some BASIC customer service goes a long way. Every customers that stop by pays for your wage even if it's just a cup of coffee.

Has a good coffee bar, good selection of food. They have some good counter staff and they have some appalling staff who need to learn customer service skills, some english skills and a smile wouldn't go astray. They are painful if your on your bike to the point of rude and abrasive. They never use any kind of detergent in the washer bucket to help with windscreen bugs. They are extremely basic outside at the petrol bowsers.

3 stars because they don't have any cleaning liquid in the buckets for cleaning the windscreen good coffee and assorted servo food the service can be nice depending on who you get Thanks Lily. I only go to BP because of the fuel card.

Short female lady was rude. I won’t be fuelling here anymore. Poor customer service. Take your business somewhere if you want good customer service,
