Female staff member working in the deli (Karen) did not change gloves between getting chicken pieces to salami - cross contamination

The store was dirty and the fresh produce was unappealing. The checkouts were crowded. I find it concerning that there is much nicer fruit and veg at other coles locations. Why is that?

Missus sent me to do groceries.. Forgot the shopping list so I bought a heap of unhealthy junk instead . Currently in the dog box eating red frogs . Life is good . Also Coles has lots of food for you to buy

Plenty of free parking so that's very convenient. Otherwise, almost the same as any Woolies outlet.

My delivery orders come from this shop and my baby’s formula tins quite often arrive with the red security lids on. I’ve already been asked before to take the tins to the nearest branch (25km away) so they could remove them with the device.(So what’s the point of getting them delivered then???)I obviously refused to do it so they had to send the driver back (already twice) from Glernochy to Huonville with the device to remove those security lids however, they haven’t learnt their lesson yet.Yesterday they sent me AGAIN 2 tins with security lids on and I sent the order back to the driver (wasn’t his fault).I haven’t heard anything back from them…will they refund my money? Will they bring the tins without those lids?No phone call…no apologies.I rang them today and no one had an answer to give.I’m about to run out of formula and unfortunately Woolworths in Huonville doesn’t sell A2 brand anymore. Coles are losing a loyal customer just for the fact they don’t take complaints seriously.Honestly,I don’t think that’s hard to inform the staff that prepare orders that they have to remove those red security lids (I bet they have no idea why those things are there for).Buying from somewhere else from now on just to avoid the hassle.

Rude rude and rude . No customer service skills. No product knowledge. Robots R Us ! Forever running into customers with their stupid huge stock trolly crates. They don't even look. They don't apologies. They just glare at you or just ignore you. The place is do freezing I have to wear a scarf and mask all year round just to be able to breathe the frozen air in there is unbearable. It's a necessary evel to have to go there . And it only gets worse.

Large Coles store - great range, plenty of stock, fresh vegetables and onsite bakery. Staff are always happy, helpful and polite. Undercover parking and easy access. The better of the supermarket options in the Glenorchy area.
