The Boys were out, but that lady that served us knew where the rolls of 25mm Rural Poly were, & she seemed like the friendly & informed sort. Gotta support the small business owners. Bunnings has a lot, but they don't have everything, not the best of everything, not always the best prices, & really it's the knowledge that's passed onto you from switched owner small business Bosses & Employees that is going to save you a huge amount of time & effort. What's the point of a low price tag if you don't really need to buy it, but rather have found a more reliable & cheaper method altogether from those whom practice what they sell ........

These people were to do a roof report on my roof .The plumber that came was very good & didn't waste time he handed his report in the next day. I rang the office of this company as it was two weeks later still know report .so I rang there office the man I spoke to was very arrogant & didn't care less what I had to say. I was discussed with the service only from the office .the actual plumber did everything he could do for me. As for the poor & un understanding & arrogants of this office .i wouldn't recommend them to anyone .i feel so sorry for the actual plumber that if it was me I would Quit my job .

They installed a full septic for our granny flat which was not cheap. Once payment received very rude and unhelpful. Money means everything to them.

I know a bit about pumps but know absolutely nothing about pressure systems. After googling who does Onga Pumps after ours decided to not play the game, I contacted R & C Plumbing for help. Not only were they incredibly helpful, I had a full explanation of how pressure systems and injector pumps work. I went home an incredibly satisfied customer. In fact I went there the next day to get a large Pressure tank to compliment our pump - and I was treated with the same 'Customer Focused' attitude that I got the day before - and a good discount. These guys are Awesome. Not Huge in your face but incredibly genuine.
