Forty Winks Port Macquarie

Recently decided to upsize from a double bed to a queen size. Thought of looking at various stores to see what is available but got no further than Forty Winks Port Macquarie where we were greeted by Emma who was most impressive with her product knowledge, patience and pleasant manner. The end result was that we came out having put a deposit on a bed, mattress, mattress protector, quilt cover and two sets of bamboo sheets which are bliss to sleep on. One concern we had was, would we be expected to assemble the bed and get rid of the one we were replacing. No problem, Ross and Tim not only delivered and assembled the bed in quick time but Ross even produced a white paint touch up for a scrape mark on a bedside table that I was responsible for! All packaging and the old bed went out the door with them. Fantastic service! Would have no hesitation in recommending Forty Winks Port Macquarie.

Big Shout-out to Jerome, Dianne and the team at 40 Winks Port Macquarie for their incredible customer service recently. We were in the market for a couple of new beds for our teenagers and had visited every store around town but no-one went above and beyond like Jerome. We discussed several options taking into account bed size, features and style, the type of mattress and most importantly our budget. There was an answer and solution to every question we threw at them including payment options, delivery and assembling the beds. In the end the combination of price (taking advantage of the discount offer" available at the time)

Just want to give Martine a positive review for her service and advice on the weekend. We purchased a mid price mattress after she helped us with finding one that suited 2 adults. It is so comfortable and she waa very informative and helpful. Great asset to the team.

My new mattress and base was delivered today.I love it. The service we received from Emma in the store to the two delivery men was exceptional. I would like to thank Mark and Ross for their skills in setting up the bed and removing my old bed in a polite and friendly manner. I am very pleased I decided to purchase my new bed from Forty Winks. Can certainly recommend this store in Port Macquarie.

Bought a mattress today from the Port Macquarie store the man there was so helpful and spent a lot of time with me making sure I had the right bed for me. They even have machine there that tells you the best type of bed suits your type size and sleeping position. Would totally recommend this store when looking for bedding. Should have been more stars awarded.

We recently visited Forty Winks for a new bed. After conversations with a lovely sales woman we were informed that our mattress may be under warranty i.e. it had massive divots in the mattress. So, instead of overlooking this and selling us a new mattress we were recommended to look into our warranty. Whilst we were instore we did a simulated bed test which indicated to us that we needed a different mattress for our needs. It looks like we may be able to get our bed fixed on warranty, however, if not then we will 100% be going back to Forty Winks for friendly, professional advice on our next mattress. Thank you for your genuine service.

Yesterday I walked into the store at Port Macquarie to purchase a bed after trying one out the day before. I was served by Emma both times and she was just a delight. She really knew about beds and was helpful but not pushy. Emma suggested the right bed for my sleeping style and she was absolutely correct. It was the best sleep I've had in ages. Thank you Emma and Staff for making my shopping experience such a positive one. I'll definitely pass on the good word. :-)
