Am not one to generally use a dealer for car service/repairs. I have to say BUT needed to today. I needed an urgent repair (alternator) on trip from Melbourne to Merimbula. These guys surpassed everything I anticipated. One Honda back on the road in under 4 hours so the hol7day continues

Really not happy with these guys. Got my car towed there by RACV with a coolant leak. Got told at COB Friday that it could be repaired but through a different mob who had closed for the day. Bloke said he'd call me Monday with a price. Hubby passed our car on the road, coming home from work Monday arvo so he stopped in to see what was going on as we'd not heard anything. Bloke says oh yeah we fixed it

Spare Parts very helpful and knowledgeable. Always tries that little bit more to get a solution which is refreshing. Some other spare part suppliers could learn a thing or two from them.
