After numerous years as a case manager with home care providers I have never had such AMAZING service from a mobility supplier before. I would highly recommend them both for providers and general purchases alike. FORGET THE REST THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! *****

Russell and the team have been fantastic my old wheelchair was on its last legs and he provided me with a better one that suited me for my weight and height will definitely keep using this company for repairs etc

Poor customer service, and ability to uphold warranty requirements for a severely impaired participant.Would strongly recommend using a different provider!!

Excellent service, great product! I bought a Shoprider and it's fantastic! Mobility and You provided a free follow up service at my home and also came out to repair a bracket that I broke. Highly recommend.

Phoned reception and booked service for a adjustable bed the service man arrived and said his paperwork said it was a mobility scooter service he was booked to carry out when I booked the bed serviced they told me they already had a job in Margate and we are in Redcliffe so I worked in with that booking the service man was on site for no more than 5 minutes and 2 minutes of that time he was talking to his boss about the mistakeYet his boss still made him charge me $85.00 dollars although he did nothingSo watch out for this lot deception bay mobility and you
