Mr Chandra was very patient in understanding my situation and giving professional advice. He also discussed possible outcomes of the procedure which could have been negative. He then with his immense experience and knowledge quickly proposed and applied a solution to the problem. Mr. Chandra is a an extremely thorough, patient and understanding lawyer, with an in depth knowledge of what he does. I had a document to notarise and his office was happy to accommodate me after hours. He is the kind of individual who always strives for perfection.

Based on a review by some one on public domain, we contacted Chinmay in this firm for a conveyancing matter. Throughout the deal, Chinmay was clear in his communication, promptly and timely advising on all key issues and developments particularly on what is good for us and consequences. Chinmay showed an expert knowledge of the subject matter and acted in ethical and professional manner. His firm was absolutely honest on charges, which are quite reasonable in any case. The most important part of our deal with Chinmay and the firm is that we have not met Chinmay or any other members of the firm. We have not even visited the firm's office. The whole deal was done and finalized through e-mails. Based on our excellent dealing with Chinmay/the Firm, we strongly recommend any prospective buyer/seller of property to utilize Chinmay's and this firm's services. You will not be disappointed.

I got the worst experience ever. Mr Chandra was a very rude and arrogant man. I booked appointment for Public Notary and out of courtesy I informed him that as I have a little baby I will be running half an hour late. I travelled 40 mins with my baby and when I reached it was heavily raining so I parked near his office. I went to his office and requested if I can get an umbrella as I can't leave my baby in the car so had to bring him and I forgot my umbrella. He immediately started winging saying he is short staffed and refused to provide an umbrella. Then I quickly took my son out and went to his office. I then realised that I had forgotten to get my passport so I requested him to reschedule the appointment. He kept saying that he is short staffed and didn't wanted to help me and give me another time. He said I kept ringing his office and I was late. I said I rang to inform you as I value your time. He literally said that he won't help me and I should find someone else. He was so inconsiderate and didn't wanted to help me and in the rain he asked me to go with my son. He was the most disgusting person I have come across who treats badly to babies and other human beings. I will never recommend anyone to go to INDUS Lawyers for any service as if this is how they treat people then imagine how they will look after our other finances or matters. Mr Chandra I wish you get treated the same way how you treat others and I hope this feedback reaches out to many. Such a shameful person to kick little baby and myself out in the rain with no help at all. I am really heart broken to come across such disgusting man in life.

Exceptional Service right from Day 1 from till the settlement day the entire legal process while buying a first home was made so much easier for us and chinmay went out of the way to help us with all our questions throughout the process.Overall very happy with the services and would recommend Indus Lawyers hands down.Sesh & Yash

I wish I could give negative rating. We were sent by VFS to Mr. Chandra to get our documents notarised. So we were asked to sign the same as on the passport. While signing I mistakenly signed how I sign now on one of the documents. He got furious and commented me saying you cant sign the same as passport. I siad my passport was made 10 yrs back and now this not how I sign so this happened unintentionally. He asked me to go to VFS office again to get another copy of documents. I said since they have emailed you the copy, so you can take the printout and I can sign again. But he was reluctant and is too busy so we have to book another time to get this done. I requested him saying I have a 5 month old baby sitting in the car and its not easy for us with two little ones to come this far and do this again. He didn't bother and asked me to go to VFS office again to get another copy. So in the hot weather I walked about 2kms to get another copy of the documents. The lady at the VFS office was surprised saying he could have taken the prinout there only instead of sending you here. This happened twice with me. To teach us a lesson he made us wait for 30 minutes. At the end said he is doing this for minimal cost and is too busy to spend whole day on this.Really pathetic service and rude behaviour.

Cost efficient and notary done quickly.
