Blatant disregard to teams, players, coaches and staff

I don't like to post negative reviews of organisations publicly but feel I have no choice after my experiences with Netball Victoria. I was advised to contact them to obtain a refund on a membership fee paid for my daughter's place in a team which is now not playing in 2022. I have had three emails and a web enquiry form ignored. Every time I try to phone, the calls cannot be connected. On the one occasion I did get through, the person I spoke to was only able to take a phone message and once again no-one returned my call or responded to my emails. What are our fees being used for if they cannot employ competent administration staff who at least take the time to respond to member queries? I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated after years of membership. It's a pity that those wishing to play netball in Victoria have no choice but to deal with this organisation. Not good enough Netball Victoria!
