Technicians do not listen to instructions. We provided photos of how we wanted our kitchen pendants installed, but this was completely ignored. After we moved into our new home, there were a few items missing. It took 2 months for them to come and finish their work, but the technician didn't bother to clean up after himself and he left mud and dirt all over our front entry. No regard or respect!

The whole team at ilume were amazing! Super friendly and polite, went above and beyond service wise, let our toddler “help” and were neat as a pin! Didn’t even know they’d been if not for the perfectly installed solar panels! Super speedy at what they do and a great team. 10/10!
