Menai Metro Hand Carwash and Cafe
Took my car there and although clean this time (last time there were swirls in the back window showing two circles that were cleaned vs the rest), there are several scratches down the driver side door and passenger door as well. Tried calling both numbers on the website, no one answers!

Went over today to Menai Metro Car Wash this afternoon . The guy from the car wash comes over and says your car is too dirty, can’t wash and walks away… absolutely rude and arrogant. My car isn’t “ too dirty” and I tried explaining to the guy we have been coming here for years… he just didn’t care and walked away. Can the management please look into this and stop this kind of behaviour. We are Menai locals and try our best to support local businesses. I don’t think I’ve used another Car wash for as far as I can remember!

Thanks for cleaning my very dirty car. Detailing on the outside was good, but there were spots inside that were missed. Otherwise happy with the clean.

My girlfriend and I always came to this carwash until recently, when I left approximately $6 worth of change in the cupholder of the vehicle. Once I received the vehicle from the washing bay I noticed all the coins were removed, and even worse, the staff denied there being any coins in the first place. Since then, my girlfriend and I have stopped coming here and go to Bangor Carwash and Cafe instead, where it is a far better carwash anyway. I hope the $6 was worth the weekly business we brought you.

I couldn't believe that on the first day of sunshine after abouba week of rain, when a lot of people on a weekend might go for a wash and a coffee, only 3 staff here. 1 taking order, 1 vacuuming, 1 washing.A minor wash took over an hour. And when I asked the staff to pay special attention to sand in the car, I got a rude response. Isn't that the point of a carwash?

Please don’t bother going here!!What a rip off!!! took my small Isuzu truck to be washed and the crafty attendant told me would cost $100.00 for wash and chamois, Im amazed he wasn’t wearing a balaclava!Drove down to ‘Bangor Hand Carwash & Cafe’ $65.00 full wash and vacuum with a coffee. Amazing wash brought my truck up like new.

Was very sneaky,speaking in a language I didn’t understand and my change in console was taken $70+ along with a IPhone 5S .Very upset and wen approached manager told me he would “Investigate” ,NOTHING came a it,no calls no nothing.
