Simply Stems Boutique Florist Shepparton

Had booked Simply Stems Wangaratta for my wedding in May this year and ended up cancelling my booking with them. After hearing from all my other suppliers, realised I hadn't heard from Simply Stems. Rang their Wangaratta store, was told I had to call the Shepparton store. Rang the Shepparton store and was told that if I paid a deposit I would have a booking but we are not aware of a wedding happening in Milawa" which did not fill me with confidence. I asked for someone to confirm my booking and that I needed the price for what I wanted. Took a week or two before someone called me back and apologised and said they had been ill. Thought that would be the end of the issues but still couldn't get a response to my emails of what florals I wanted or a price. When it got to 4 weeks before my wedding and still hasn't had a response from my emails or my many phone calls

Very disappointed with the quality of the 4 small flowers and greenery in a bouquet that I purchased recently. They are highly overpriced and not worth spending your money at this store. I expressed my dissatisfaction about the arrangement to the Manager and received the rudest and unprofessional behaviour from a customer service worker. She was so disrespectful and spoke with a raised voice and ranted on. Very unhinged individual.

Had flowers delivered today. The recipient was absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much Simply Stems. Would highly recommend

Simply stems helped me with a floral arrangement for my mum on her birthday.The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were able to organise some beautiful bright flowers for delivery in only a few days turnaround. Thanks for your help; I will 100% be shopping with you again!

I am very disappointed with the arrangement I had ordered for a 60th wedding anniversary . I spent a lot of money & would have brought a better arrangement at Woolworths for a quarter of the price. I was told they would send me a picture of the arrangement that I didn’t receive , I can understand that now after seeing the arrangement myself, it wasn’t very special .

Yesterday I ordered an arrangement for my mum who's in hospital. I wanted to go all-out, and these guys really delivered. I got the large 'Hat Box of Blooms'. Mum said that every nurse that walks in says they're they've never seen anything like it. They're incredible. Highly recommended.
