I've been with Dilleen property management for close to a year now. In my view, they're truly a meritocratic property management firm that's constantly looking for the best talent to manage properties. The most recent of my managers and has been a while now, is Rachel. Her work ethics and care for my property has been stellar till date. She replies very quickly to my emails no matter the time of the day and balances the needs of the owner with that of the tenants really well. Her execution and tact is second to none across a bunch of the gnarly situations that I observed. That's really what I want for a PM - to manage my property without me having to spend sleepless nights over it. Well worth the money spent.

Incredibly unprofessional, not accomodating at all, taking a ‘my way or the highway approach’ which isn’t ideal for a night shift nurse. I asked to have the date of my routine inspection moved one day, my request was refused regardless of the fact I still had to go to work another night. I had to stay up 27hrs waiting for my inspection and upon arrival Kalher immediately started swearing, comparing her life to mine saying she new what tired was, talking about the fact she had kids, had to drive too far, had to wait for a car to be allocated, her dogs and where she lived. She is lucky I’m just a nurse, I would never give out that sort of information to strangers . I received numerous harassing emails to sign a new 12 month lease only two months into a lease I had just signed. I am now being managed by a new management team and I am still receiving numerous chain emails. I have asked to be removed but no luck so far. It was emotionally taxing being managed by them, do not recommend

I was fortunate enough to have Selena assigned as my property manager from DR Property Management. She has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process, helping me remove an unsuitable tenant, promptly hire contractors, advertise my property and get a new lease signed alongside a substantial rent increase, all within the space of only a couple weeks which was amazing! She is fully dedicated and extremely supportive, constantly providing me with helpful recommendations and assistance. She’s a great communicator, always responding to calls and emails by COB the same day. I've been super impressed so far and couldn’t recommend Selena or DRPM highly enough and will definitely continue to use their A Grade services in the future.

In my 15 years of dealing with realestate this would be one of the top tier experiences I've had. I have been lucky to be assigned to one of the greatest agents. Selena is such a great person to deal with so helpful and understanding. Highly recommended.

Daneeka, Keryn & Selena have all been prompt when returning calls or emails and have been excellent in keeping me updated on any issues regarding my property's or tenants. Would highly recommend.
