Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal

I had a wonderful experience at Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal last weekend. I went in for an appointment on Saturday with my mum and sister and was attended to immediately by Kira. Kira was so lovely. She sat down with me and we discussed what style of wedding dress I was looking for and my budget. She then went and picked out dresses she thought would suit to these requirements and she also let me pick out any others I also wanted to try. Kira picked out a dress for me to try first and it was absolutely perfect. Her knowledge and experience really shone through. She was also so helpful, made me feel comfortable throughout the whole try-on process and really accommodated my mum, sister and I. I didn't expect to find something I liked so quickly and I think it was solely due to Kira's expertise. What a wonderful and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

2 days out from our wedding our suits has to be sent back because they ended up stained how I don’t know.Went the next day to pick suits up and they didn’t order the ties we ordered when we first ordered our suits so left us on our wedding day with no tiesDo not recommend.Go out of town or somewhere else because this shop is a joke with no remorse about anything

I was fortunate enough to find ‘the dress’ for my wedding last weekend at Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal in Tamworth. The staff were very lovely, calm and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable helping me change into the gowns that I tried, asked and listened to my opinions. Thank you to Rachel, she was wonderful with picking my dress/ style from looking at my shape and listening to my feedback. Can’t wait to wear the beautiful gown on my big day!!

Very poor experience with this business. Hired a suit for an important awards night with my employer in Sydney. Just prior to the event, removed the white shirt from the suit bag to find it was missing all buttons bar the top one. My wife had to sew 6 buttons on the shirt and subsequently we were late for the function. After no contact for 22 days, despite being told I would be contacted shortly after I returned the suit, I called and only received a refund on the shirt. Would not recommend this business.

I was looking for a suit for my daughter's wedding this morning. I left after 5 minutes as the service was unfriendly and unhelpful. The young saleslady made me feel unwelcome and I felt I was nothing more than an irritant in her day. I won't be back!

Horrible service , my partner and i walked in looked around , no one could be bothered to ask if she needed help , instead , rudely being told we are not allowed out the back where the wedding dresses were, nor could be bothered to offer for someone to offer assistance , we walked out and most definitely will not be buying her wedding dress or suit from there !!!! Thats for sure

I would never recommend this bridal store to anyone!I ordered a size 14 dress, the dress arrived with a size 6 waist, as a consumer you would think that the store manager would say this dress isn't right and it definitely wasn't what I ordered. But no, she did not, I told her as soon as I opened the bag it wasn't a size 14. My fiance tried to return the dress for a full refund, but the store manager said I had gained weight and I had a chronic illness and that is why the dress didn't fit. The dress was meant to measure at 31.5 inches and came in at 26.5 inches when she measured it in store with my fiance. She tried stretching the dress to fit the size guide but there was no way she was going to stretch lace an extra 5 inches.I have sent an email requesting a refund and have received nothing back because this store is ok with brides looking terrible on their wedding day if it means they still keep the sale money. As a result this store will be reported to NSW Fair Trading for providing a faulty product.I left the store that day feeling devastated, this store ruined my bridal experience on so many levels.Poor form Ferrari Bridal, you should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping off brides during a time that is meant to be the happiest time of their lives.

Staff were lovely and helpful to me when I was looking for a formal dress for my daughter

I got a suit last minute. It was very cheap but quality was very good. Also got some very nice quality $10 shirts there were going out of season.

Beautiful shop & very welcoming staff extra helpful, always a pleasure.
