Savvy Supporter

Although communication has been ok, I placed my order 18 November and only got notice of dispatch on 17 December. Still hoping for my order by Xmas but poor effort in delivery time.

I was extremely disappointed with the dragons merchandise received, as it was immediately obvious that it was an inherently faulty product with holes at the stitching.The quality was poor and it was nothing like the genuine product that I assumed I was buying.I am surprised that such a well-known and respected company could allow such clothing to be distributed in this way. Of course and in accordance with my rights at consumer law, I sought a full refund for my purchase. I was however in a bad-mannered way advised as follows by Customer Support (the furthest of any providing any such support):1. To find an alternative retailer to shop online in future;2. A refusal to issue a refund to an alternative card after advising customer support that the card had been cancelled due to fraudulent claims;3. A refusal to issue a credit note/replacement despite the products issued being deemed faulty; and4. Sheer ignorance in proceeding to process the refund to a nonexistent card, and advised to contact the bank to try and allocate the funds, despite my strict advice requesting the contrary.I am currently escalating the dispute to the ACCC.To date, I am appalled by the level of unprofessionalism and unprofessional attitude that has left me completely speechless.. The staff should always put the customer first, and at the very least, should always be polite.Despite being advised to shop elsewhere, I would not even consider or recommend that my friends or family shop at Savvy Supporters again. By far, the worst customer service I've ever received.

Selling kids jerseys for more then RRP and even after the nrl season had finished would not change the price. Rude customer service and only accepted cash.

Although I received my order in a satisfactory time, the item was too big. I have been emailing and leaving voice messages since September (it's now November) to work out how I return the item and no reply from Savvy Supporter. Poor after sales service Savvy.

Great product, great customer service, and fast delivery. I had some issues with the courier (NOT this store's fault at all), and got a very prompt and helpful reply to an email to sent. They were able to sort it out immediately which I'm really grateful for, as I needed my item at quite short notice. Would definitely purchase from again.

Such a shame that in today's economic climate that you turn away an order for 10 jerseys, no respect or appreciation for the customer, forget the fact that I had my 5 kids with me also, i actually called 5 or 6 times before came and not one call was answered.. then when i get there, you were open, but you to tell me to go to Rebel sport instead of serving me us is an absolute joke, dont know if you were the owner or just a rude lazy worker, eitherway, you have lost my business and more importantly my respect and endorsement.. you have much to learn about business and word of mouth is an amazing tool. I am a local business myself and your actions today will unfortunately lose you much more business than you realise!!

Wanted to buy some Grand Final shirts for my Dad and me, but we were worried we left it too late to get them on time. I found this company online and saw that they did same-day delivery, so I was hooked!Purchased at lunchtime, delivered that night by 8 pm. Couldn't be happier with the service and also the products we received. The shirts are great!Will definitely be shopping here again.
