Beautiful quality fabrics, and their printed panels have added so much fun to my sewing projects! I love that they have capped postage charges, and will hold several purchases to be shipped together - such a great service

Not only does Rubyjam have amazing fabric (and I mean aMAzing fabric!) but they also have the best customer service!! 100% response rate, nothing is too much, and the Facebook group is a fantastic community for any sort of help you could ever possibly need!

This is my number one favourite fabric store for stretch knits cotton lycra fabric. I started buying from Rubyjam Fabric about 5 years ago after a friend recommended them to me. The quality is the best you'll find in Australia - the fabric colours stay bright after YEARS of washing and the fabric is really nice to sew. I have clothes that I made 5 years ago that have been worn by all four of my children and they still look new. Their fabric range is huge, there's so many colours and prints to choose from - and if you can't find what you want you can order panels to be printed for you. This is the only store I have found anywhere that prints some of their fabrics themselves and that will actually talk to you about your ideas and what is possible. There are hundreds of designs to choose from or you can print your own. They even printed my son's drawings so I could make a unique shirt for him. They really know their products and are always so nice when I'm asking a thousand stupid questions. Tamara and her staff are the best!

Rubyjam fabrics have the most amazing range of stretch fabrics in patterns and solids they wash and wear well. They have a superb selection of haberdashery including needles, threads, elastics, tags, size tags and so much more.They have some amazing panels (jampods) that are printed on their own solid cotton Lycra here in Australia meaning there is no colour difference when pairing with solids and no long waits. They have excellent customer service and fast turn around times. Rubyjam fabric is a perfect one stop shop.

Anytime I have placed an order with Rubyjam Fabric it is processed and delivered to my front door within a few days. Without a doubt the fastest delivery service of any online fabric shop I have ever purchased from. The quality of the fabrics are exceptional ~ and there are a large variety of prints, solids and panels to choose from. They also have a large range of haberdashery items. The customer service is top notch, and their prices are very reasonable. I love Rubyjam Fabrics and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality stretch fabrics.

I have been ordering Rubyjam for years. I love the quality of the fabrics, the Oeko Tex certification, that they plant a tree for every order, the super fast delivery and the lovely packaging that always contains a little surprise. It wasn’t until recently that I found out that their customer device is exceptional as well. I had a parcel get lost by Australia Post during the Christmas busy period. Rubyjam shipped it out to me again at no cost and with awesome follow up.It is tricky for a small business to wear the cost of lost parcels and they did it anyway. Incredible.
