Friendly and informative staff. Clean pools and hydrotherapy pool is amazing! Great facilities! Great for swimming lessons in comparison to other swim centres around the Hunter. They also offer water services classes from 6pm most nights!

Great pools. 2 Indoor heated, plus hydro therapy pool. Clean. Great showers, change rooms. Also small changing cubicles for privacy

A great complex with a pool for every age and swim skill level.The toddlers pool and hydrotherapy pools are kept at very nice temperatures but the 25m pool is usually kept at comfortably cool/cold temperature. There are plenty of change stalls, showers, drinking fountains and seating. The kiosk at the entrance sells food and drink.Every pool, change stall, toilet and shower are easily accessible by wheelchair as the entire complex is on a fairly flat block.

Hydro pool is awesome. Pools are nice and warm, although staff seemed a little cold. Maybe they are overworked. All in all good place for a swim.

The pool wasn't too busy. The water was clean and the change rooms etc were very clean and modern with separate stalls for the showers. There are even warm showers at the end of the main pool.

Fantastic medium kiddies warm indoor pool. Disability access and catered for pool accessories.Lap pool and Hydrotherapy pool with spa.Great for the injured and disabled of any age.Great value.

Went there on a weekday morning after 9am, the lanes were empty, the water was warm.great place for a swim.

What's going on??? Really feel upset today that The Hydro pool was being used as overflow for children's swimming lessons,I bring a disabled client to use this facility that management tout as accessible And inclusive it's full discrimination against those in the community who need it available, shame on you
