RUDE customer service.Spoke with Marni briefly on the phone to make an appointment and was told she was simply 'too busy', didn't have the time and didn't give me the opportunity to speak.Completely discourteous and I would not recommend dealing with Alex Scott & Staff to anyone.I'm sure the other local estate agents are much more pleasant and would treat people with dignity.

It has that cosy warm feeling as soon as you enter. A delightful well-appointed house with plenty of parking, large garden, BBQ and huge undercover games area. Loved it!

They were patient, diligent, persistent and consistently professional in every interaction we had with them. They followed up, checked in and responded promptly to all requests, calls and issues. Extremely quick to respond and very helpful! Our trip has now been cancelled in lieu of the latest VIC lockdown :( but in the process of making the booking, working through the addition of a small dog, and now cancelling the booking I can't recommend Alex Scott (Inverloch) enough!

Staff were friendly but not able to show any understanding of the marketplace regarding green properties.Putting a site on the web is not complicated and apart from a sign outside,contributed nothing for their fee. I had to sell the property as they couldn't explain it to clients. They underestimated the value of the property ,costing us 10,s of thousands in my opinion. Eventually when I made the sale the client offered $10 000 more than the asking price. Desperate to lock it in.. Left me wondering how much more we would have got.Jo Ginn would not listen to my opinion on the treechanger market and was inflexible on the price. In my opinion. Of course this is my humble opinion and I recommend you do due diligence. I also thought that since I had to sell the property, they could have reduced the fee.

This is the third year I have used Alex Scott & Staff for holiday rentals in Inverloch. I love dealing with them as they are very friendly, efficient and professional. It is like the good old customer service you expect but at a consistently high level. They are a pleasure to deal with.
