Dylan repaired a chest zip on one of my wet suits and was awesome to deal with. Amazing on the communication, efficient with the repair and elected to run with a cheaper repair solution to that which I suggested. Highly recommend.

I was offered an excellent deal upon first calling to enquire about a drysuit. There had been a mix up and it seemed they were able to do me a deal with an extra item, a carry bag. The suit needed to be altered after a fitting so, based on the same initial price given, in good faith, I paid in full. When it comes time to collect the suit they asked for more money and rescinded the offer of the bag. Had I have only laid down a deposit I would have walked, but where to? They’re lucky they’re the only store in town.

5 years on. Same great service and prices. Knowledgable, friendly staff. Didn't try to up sell or sell me things I didn't need. Wetsuits are great quality and suit all sizes and budgets.

Thanks to the Oceansuits staying open on a Saturday afternoon. You came highly recommend from local swimmers in the Eastern corridor competing in the pier to pub.Your advice and service assisted the enjoyment of my first open water swim and taking 3 minutes off my pool swim over the same distance. The 1.5mm was perfect.Thanks for looking after my unusual 67 frame.Cheers Richard"

I cannot comment on their services, hence the three star review, but the customer service experienced following an enquiry was disappointing. Marty in particular was condescending bordering on downright rude, and he might want to work on that.

Fantastic service from Martin and in particular Dylan. They made a well-fitting, easy to access wetsuit for T. He has difficulty getting into an off the rack wetsuit due to his long-term shoulder injuries. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The wetsuit is so well made and he cannot wait to go diving after lockdown. I would highly recommend the company and the staff.
