The install team arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. They removed old panels from the roof and installed the new ones with great efficiency and teamwork and were very careful not to break any tiles. The installation looks very neat and tidy and was working with 5 hours of team arriving onsite. The whole process from ordering to install was about 8 days. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Sunboost.

I would like everyone to know not to use this company. I paid a deposit in December there has been minimal communication with there install team really bad service all round trying to get back my deposit but no one rings back you just get the run around plz be careful they r really bad

I have ordered and paid a deposit via India. Not sure if this is a scam as there are no contact phone numbers in Australia and I have been promised a call from someone in Aus for three days now.. not happy customer and very concerned.Update: was told from deposit would be 6 weeks to installation, is now 3 months, supposed to be installed tomorrow. Phoned twice today to confirm bank details so I could pay when the installers arrive (and if I’m actually booked in???). No response to the message I left as no person answered my calls.Sick of phoning them and getting the run around. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER GUYS.

Pushy salesperson put me off. Received multiple quotes from other company's that sent the quote of left it as that. Sun Boost rang me 5-6 times in 2 weeks and multiple emails. That amount of contact makes this company seem so dodgy.

Salesman are over the top, they don’t stop calling. Reason why didn’t end up going with them. Just became irritating

Company must be buying peoples details from somewhere, perhaps taken over an old solar company. Never contacted them, have called me regarding my enquiry and then sent me an emailed quote thanking me for moving forward".I have never contacted them (even looking at quotes 2yrs ago that i looked up). I already have solar!!!! Called and asked them to remove me from their system but i need to reply to their emails - i don't reply to scammers!"

Very happy with the final results. It took just over a week from paying a deposit to getting the 6.6kw panels on the roof. The installation crew did a great job removing the old system and replacing with the new gear. Did the work safely and neatly.The initial call from Sunboost was a bit pushy pressing me for a deposit. Once I had some reassurance this was a genuine call back I requested for a system quote it was a smooth process from there.Sun boost setup an easy online portal to make payments, lodge the network application and follow the approval process online was a nice feature. Soo much quicker and simpler than the previous system install 14 yrs ago.

Completely unprofessional and dodgy seeming company. We are asking for the terms on our financing and not getting direct answers and now we are not even getting responses when they had made a sale. Stay away, especially the sales person Nathan!

The whole process was painless, Sunboost took care of everything and were so helpful. The installation was quick and the team were very polite and friendly. Highly recommend them.

Putting a review on the behalf of my grandparents , they were told they needed to upgrade their electric work to the house for the panels to be fitted . Over 4K worth of upgrades only to have all their emails unanswered . Still waiting for the installation team to even be approved.
