long time patient, great GPs that listen and interested in your health, background etc. Only downfall is the wait time, expect to wait up to an hour after your appointment time at the minimum every time.Also twice now the receptionist has forgotten to tell the GP I'm there and I've waited longer than necessary! Nurse is great for flushots etc. Will keep going for the GPs

Although the doctors are okay, the waiting times are absolutely atrocious. Next time you need to go to a doctor, would you like to wait 2 hours for a appointment? I think not.Came back here once again, still no improvement with the wait times. Over a 1 hour already still, it is quite embarrassing.

Receptionist Jenny very rude an unprofessional. Apart from that the rest of the staff are lovely. Usually pretty late with appointment times so be prepared to wait around.

They ALWAYS overbook. I went here 5 times before I gave up on them. Every single time I had to wait more than 45minutes (average was well over an hour). Last straw was when I had the flu and they made me wait two hours for a doctors certificate...I've learned that even though I live in morpeth it's faster to go to the Lorn Surgery. I can drive 15minutes over, have the appointment and get home before I even would have been seen at Morpeth.Seriously you should be bloody ashamed of your customer service.

Dr Cedar is an absolutely beautiful, attentive and caring doctor. Has been nothing shy of brilliant regarding my health needs! Only downfall is waiting times.

The doctors are great, that’s not the issue. The issue is overbooking patients to the point where you will be waiting 2 HOURS past your scheduled appointment time. Receptionists also need to work at communicating between each other so that your conversations are not lost to the abyss if you happen to get through to a different receptionist. Lovely doctors though.

Fantastic medical centre. Have been seeing Dr Nahar for years and he has been absolutely amazing the entire time. All the reception staff are perfect and friendly, the nurses and other doctor's have all been great when I have seen them too. A lot of people travel from out of area to go to this doctor and it's not surprising at all. Nurse and pathology on site which is really handy too, plus a good pharmacy one small block up. Always somewhere either adjacent or nearby to park.
