Highgate Hill Veterinary Surgery
Whilst I may be overly worried about my little angel bear of a dog, Highgate Hill vet always provides amazing service and is able to fit me in last minute! I have never had a bad experience here and I’ve been many times worried about my dog and always receiving reassurance even if it’s just a phone call to say “is this normal?”

Highly recommend and to date have always had a positive experience but very disappointed today after paying $40.80 for eye meds that could have been purchased at Chemist Warehouse for $10.00. 400% mark-up.NEXT DAY: I would like to add a RIDER to my comment above - I was contacted by Vet and advised I had been mistakenly over-charged and was given a credit for the difference. Very satisfied and reassured that my faith was not misplaced. ✨️

I moved vets to Highgate Hill and you cannot go back! The servicing/operating hours are great for those who work and cannot easily leave work during the 9-5 day. The vets are super nice. My favourite is Dr Jenny who’s amazing with the pooches, but all the other vets are also great!

Highgate Hill Veterinary Surgery
Have been taking all 3 of my bulldogs here for years. Emil has primarily dealt with them, he's always listened to my concerns and never tried an 'upsell' or offered unnecessary service.I no longer live particularly near to the surgery but am more than happy to travel the 30 odd minutes to continue having them as my vet.All the reception staff are lovely too.

Highgate Hill Veterinary Surgery
Caring, professional, friendly and attentive vets and people. A lovely experience with our German Shepherd who had split her dew claw nail and required minor procedure to remove the damaged parts. We were lucky to nab an appointment on the same day even as a new patient, and they were able to perform the procedure and have her back to us within a matter of hours. We will be making the switch permanently to Highgate Hill Vets!

Dr Kat took such good care of my nervous cat Oliver. She was kind, thorough, answered all of my (many) questions, and gave Oliver time to chill out in his carrier before examining him. Will definitely be going back!

I have been to this vet a few times in the past six months with two cats. I was happy with our previous vet but wanting one closer to our new home. They have been excellent. Very responsive and caring plus thorough.

Highgate Hill Veterinary Surgery
Highgate Hill Vet is excellent. I’m mainly posting on behalf of our border collie who loves it! All the staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and responsive. A special shout-out to Bonnie (front desk guru) and Emil (vet) who have seen our girl a number of times. I find their advice is measured and prices reasonable. Will continue to come back
