Such a breath of fresh air to deal with Ruth and Daryl! So friendly, courteous and accommodating to our needs. Professionals in every way and very different to our negative experience with the other gas company we used to deal with!

Disappointed, annoyed and frustrated at their service.Just spent two hours relocating, installing and delivering the empty bottle back to supergas in the rain after 6pm.Spent the last week calling supergas to do this for me as they delivered the bottle to the wrong end of the property and placed it in front of my garage.I used balloons to mark the correct driveway, gave clear instructions to assist the driver, even visited the store today (four days after delivery) to see the staff in person to aid in getting this corrected.And I still come home to a job incomplete after reassurances it would be done.(Photos for reference because I know how reviews can be faked.)A suggestion; To avoid this from escalating like it has, please just communicate with your customers.
