Have been using Retail Express for my business for 2+ years and it has helped immensely. Moved over from MYOB, and has much better functionality and reporting. The addition of this software allowed for me to open a 2nd outlet with ease.Has wealth of information available for help/training, and a great customer service response times.They are very open to suggestions/comments in regards to functionality of the system and will openly discuss how they can change, or assist me in altering something to make business easy.

Product does some of what they state. They seem to build features based on some customers preferences and just assume it will apply to others. They start a project" and then totally lose track of it until you ask. Seriously an armature operation that got too big and couldn't handle it. Have had all sorts of issues over almost 8 years with these guys and nothing gets properly chased down and resolved. I had a serious issue with our website

Not only is Retail Express a great POS - they back it up with the best phone support EVER. Staff all know their stuff, are Australian based and help us to understand, learn and improve our business with every call. The learning videos are essential for new team members. Highly recommend if you are looking for a POS that can integrate with Xero and Shopify seamlessly. LOVE It. Brand Pets
