I called Jess at 9.15am A few days out from Christmas asking to get a big gift box for one of my builders as a thank you and Christmas present . She was extremely helpful and made sure she had the gift box made up for me to pick up by 11am the same day and when I gave it to my builder and his wife they were so surprised by the size of the basket And quality .It was a very well presented and quality basket . I ordered the Christmas Grande and it didn’t disappoint. Jess was very easy to deal with and text me when the basket was ready to be picked up . I have used many online company’s over the years for gift baskets but Jess was by far the best quality company I’ve used and I will be using them again . 10 out of 10 from me .
