Prouds the Jewellers

I went into Prouds Fountain Gate to look for a pair of earrings as a gift. It was busy. I was served by Bev and what a pleasure that was! My selections are always made with a lot of care and thought and yes, that takes valuable time all round. Bev was the most patient, understanding and exemplary sales person I have ever encountered! Ever! For her it was not the sale that was foremost, she wanted me to be happy with the choice I made. She was absolutely amazing!I hope Prouds are aware of what an asset they have in their midst.Thank you, Bev!

My partner purchased a pair of Sapphire and Diamond Earrings from them as a Christmas present for me. I put them on on Christmas Day and lost one two days later. We took the one I had left back to them today and to our delight they replaced them as a Goodwill Gesture and explained that I had pushed the butterfly Clip down to far that's why it became loose. I can't explain how happy I am. We have purchased numerous items from this store and the staff and service has always been impeccable.

Went in a few times to find a wedding band for my partner. We done our fair share of rounds to compare our options and every visit we went to this store it was nothing but kind helpful and friendly staff. I remember talking to Bev on 2 occasions and she is nothing but lovely. It was a shame she was not in today when we had finally chose to go ahead and purchase the ring. Although Bev was not in, another attendant helped us and even gave great advice for our wedding day, she was very kind and helpful. I loved how they did not pressure us unlike other stores. This review is exactly why we came back to Prouds at Fountain Gate

Bought our wedding rings here on a very short notice just 3 weeks before our big day! Luke & Craig are the best 2 people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They handled everything from getting in the right sizes, to making sure the rings come in on time and even when my fiance's ring (custom made) was not exactly how he wanted it to be, Luke still tries to fix the issue. Big hugs to Luke & Craig! Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Can't complain about the customer service as there isn't any. I walked in and a couple before me were served and rightfully so. There was another person who looked in my direction but did not bother to approach me. More people walked in and she served them???? Really. They left, another couple walked in and gee guess what, they were served. Come on now. Are you really that ignorant. I had $1600 cash in my pocket and wanted to buy stuff that came to just under that amount which I had seen in your catalogue. NEVER NEVER again will I walk in your store. As mentioned by other reviews YOU SO MAKE judgement on how someone looks, I had just finished working and was not dressed up to your pleasure. What goes around comes around. $1600 may not seem alot to you but it is to me. I'd give you a minus score if possible and I'll stick to Angus & Coote where they have ALWAYS been a pleasure to deal with. If I were your boss you'd be sacked.

WARNING!!! Please be aware that this franchise does not do refunds, even within a 12 hour period. I bought my wife a $150 item, turns out she didn't like it, the best the store manager Donna would do is a gift card. When I called their State Office I spoke with Helen 3 times (each time I was told I would be called back, this did not happen, I needed to call back each time) before I was told this is their policy and that I simply could not have a refund. So Buyers BEWARE, I'm amazed that such a large brand would be so petty, understand that I will not purchase from this brand again

I bought a watch here the other day. Because of all the displays, the interior is a little tight, and it reminds me of the 2000s. The staff were nice and happy to remove links, so I left feeling satisfied.

Initially served by a young lady who was amazing. Helpful and went out of her way. After not hearing from them for our repair was told we had to chastise the young lady as she gave out wrong info. We are much too busy to ring our customers. It's up to them to come in. I would suggest cloning the first girl and base your service on her.

No returns allowed which is only told to you after the item is purchased. Very rude customer service and was annoying that they were trying to get me to purchase more expensive items when I already knew what I wanted
