Been there twice now and had two different old dragons serve me. They were so rude and abrupt, I thought the first visit she was just having a bad day but the second visit was with a different person and was just as angry with the world. Maybe think of a different career ladies

Being to these guys a lot during the last year due to my condition. Always friendly, always professional. I have trouble with my small veins and am really frightened of needles. They go above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and alleviate my anxiety. Thanks vampires!

I was here this morning and the 2 ladies who were working were so lovely and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable especially with not liking needles. Highly recommend coming here for glucose tolerance test

Always super friendly, professional and efficient. I never have to wait long and every member of staff I have met has been wonderful.

You know what's quicker to do? Watch the extended version of the Titanic and then go and book a trip to visit the actual wreckage. I walked in with only 1 person waiting. Nobody was at the counter. There was a box of masks at the desk and due to the requirements of entry and having someone with me (who unfortunately did not have a mask and was watching my child for me) I decided to grab the remaining mask left in the box. As I did so, a woman came out and snatched the mask off me and said Don´t touch! You are not allowed!´.....(Then don´t put them on the desk open next to the sand sanitiser and out for people to take?).I told her I needed one and due to the requirements of entry. Hence

Every time I have come to this pathology I have always been welcomed and the staff are so friendly. I think it’s commendable with what these ladies have to put up with. I was recently waiting for my partner to come out from having a test and was amazed by the rudeness of a lady, who when caught stealing masks hurled abuse at the member of staff who ask if she could help her. With what has been hall in the world over the past few years I find these ladies always seem to have such a great attitude and manor.

You have to wait in the car for COVID test and call to let them know you are waiting. The problem is nobody answers the phone. Call the customer service line and it doesn’t answer either

Just had blood test lady was super and abrupt, I was very nervous as it was my first time and she was not helping at all

I needed to get a blood test done but had my miss 9 with me.Terrified of scaring her for life I was very relieved with how easy they got it done!

Absolute rude cow needs to reassess her attitude. Just because you're taking blood doesnt justify acting like a vampire. Other lady i could hear sounded lovely but rude trollop dealing with me couldnt even say hi, was in a rush and just uptight and miserable.
