Narangba Community Centre

We play table tennis there. It has a large clean hall and plenty of table tennis tables. All it needs is air conditioning.

It's a great venue that can be hired through Moreton Bay Council. There is a large hall with a stage at one end that can be used for large functions, such as wedding reception, a supper room, kitchenette. Also an area down stairs. It's also good for low impact activities such as Dancing, yoga, table tennis, etc.

Appaling service. I told June we were desparate for a venue because my event was only a few days away and ultimately, it looked like they took advantage of my desperation for a hall and kept bumping up the price. I was initially after their Pendicap hall but there was a mess around, one of the reasons was that I was quoted $35 per hour, and then I was sent the information in written form but the price was $30 per hour. June said I was wrong and refused to believe that the flyer that their company gave me was $30. Regardless of quote and price, I was not able to hire Pendicap. June then suggested Narangba hall, and I was happy to go ahead and so I gave her my details. I got a call late that afternoon and was then told that the hall hire would now be $700 ($70 per hour). Obviously due to the mess around with moving from hall to hall and the non-consistent price, I was frustrated. I emailed June my concerns and she called me telling me that it was my fault for not asking the hall price of Narangba hall. Why would I be asking the price if June was the one that suggested another one of their halls? How should I know that the price of Narangba hall is different from that of Pendicap? I tried to tell her on the phone that I was upset about the price mess around and she hung up on me. How rude.

Good facilities, but we were double booked with another group that was not interested in sharing.

Came here for a friends birthday. Great sized function room with fully equipped kitchen attached. Also had all the facilities for audio and video needs. Very spacious.

Big open space hall. Lots of parking. Easy to find. Great big kitchen for catering and good toilets. Lots of room for kids to run around out back.

Absolutely amazing! Great floor to dance and workout on, amazing group fitness classes...Vera Flow, Hustle and STRONG by Zumba. Definitely recommend this hall.
