Inconvenienced me majorly by confirming they were available for my day and confirming a quote, then emailing to say they had changed their mind. I had already cancelled my other option so was left with nothing. Communication was poor, required many followup emails throughout the entire process.

Working with FilmDrop was such a pleasure. My husband and I had so much fun and felt so comfortable the entire time. The teams ideas were excellent and we were really impressed my the creativity and personal touches. The final products are breathtaking - we keep rewatching the videos. The Film Drop team were awesome to work with. From day one they were committed to do an amazing work for our wedding videography. They captured all the right moments and our wedding trailer was just amazing. They also ventured with us to our favourite location for our preshoot (1 hour drive and a 30 minute walk). Definitely will recommend them to anyone!
