Looks like my pizza's were made by a vision impaired person that didn't get their other senses heightened. Not a lot of 'meat' or 'love' went into the meat lovers.

Worst experience staff need more training! Order pizza over to the phone, when arriving to collect my pizza a lady was in the store returning the pizza that wasn’t her order, staff then tried to give me the pizza she had returned. Staff clearly don’t have safe food handling experience!!

Awesome tasting pizza, one error with putting bacon on the pizza when I asked for no bacon. The lady I spoke to was assertive, respectful and understanding about the issue and took responsibility. Will definitely come back due to the absolutely lovely staff.

Very bad experience had a family gatheriorder two pizzas from domino’s upper coomera. One was spicy peppy paneer and other indi chicken tikka. They put the wrong toppings on the chicken pizza. They put the bacon and pepperoni on the chicken pizza and we call them and the staff refuse to apologise and says he can’t make the new pizza and can’t even accept their mistake, argue instead of saying sorry.This is unacceptable he said he is the manager but didn’t share his name when ask. Was very rude.

Ordered pizza delivery and one was under cooked and one was very minimal toppings. I called straight away and took photos but the manager wouldn’t offer a refund or replacement because my son (who was extremely hungry ) had bitten into one peice. I am disgusted in the customer service as I paid a lot of money for them delivered as a treat and they were extremely unenjoyable !Manager hung up on me when I made a complaint

Some of these poor biker riding in the wind tonight with a flat battery but still powering up the big hills with pizza to also look after and get to the destination before the pizza cold. Young boy named max delivered to my house on a bike in the wind and pizza was still hot got here on time very polite and funny needs a pay rise.
