Food was amazing, service was courteous and prompt - what a great find and it was found by accident as we were travelling and decided to stop for dinner. Definitely will be visiting this hotel again.

Food is nice, not the cheapest but worth the price. My issue is the surf n turf dish. The prawn skewer is all metal (including the handle) and to my surprise was burning hot. I picked up the skewer to eat it and completely burnt my fingers. Why would you serve a skewer that cannot be held? The very least u could do is give people a warning before serving something that will burn them.

Understaffed on a Saturday night at 5pm, kids meatballs were raw in the middle but no staff to help fix the issue, kids area was filthy looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, the runners kept dropping the wrong food at our tables. Wouldn’t go back.

I eat here each week, invariably a Parma. Why? .....because they are very hard to wreck and this venue always has well cooked, clean tasting food.On this basis my children took me out for lunch for my birthday on Sunday at the beginning of this month. I ordered rib eye (medium rare) and my children porterhouse.What I was presented with was a well done piece of shoe leather attached to a bone shard with the texture of chuck steak.My children's were not much better.I mentioned this to the floor manager 2 weeks later when I came for my regular dose of Parma.His first question why didn't you complain at the time" ...my response .."It was my birthday... I'm not going to argue on a celebratory occasion"He said "I'll see what I can do."....I am glad I didn't hold my breath....a very unhappy experience ... But their parmas are good."

Food was good and great play area for the kids.Just a word of warning, they don't provide doggy bags, so you won't be able to take leftovers with you unless you bring your own container.We had a huge meal and only got through half of it and planned on taking the rest home, but unfortunately they're not licensed to provide take away food.Otherwise it's a nice place to go with the family and would go back again.

Nice pub you have to book as it's always booked out. Playground for small children to keep them entertained. Discount on certain beer and drinks every month. I ordered calamari for entree and garlic flat bread delicious. The steaks are expensive and prices have gone up recently $59 for rib eye perfectly cooked with chips and greens. Pork ribs $30 for half a rib with chips and coleslaw delicious my teenager loved it. The cheese burger was flame grilled but i'm not sure if it was cooked on the premises and reheated it was average $20 and if you wanted egg $3 extra and $3 extra for bacon, $26 for the lot. I ordered steak sandwich previously and it was delicious. Desserts $12.50 small servings caramel pudding was a very light cake served with a scoup of ice cream and a scoup of whipped cream. The berry/ apple pie tasted premade and heated in the microwave it was a bit soggy and served with ice cream. Atmosphere was okay lots of tables and if you go at peak times it's crowded with ppl. It could do with a band or some musical entertainment to provide more atmosphere and background music i.e country music. Overall a nice place for a family or group of ppl to get a delicious meal.

Visited here on a Saturday night....very busy with LOTS of kids!!!! Definitely a family favourite not great for a quiet dinner. Waited 10 minutes for someone to seat us, numerous staff at the bar and noone seating guests. Having said that the Lamb Loin was absolutely delicious!!!!!! Would I go back?? Probably not...children running past tables and screaming!!!! not for us.

Great place if you have kids but so quite as enjoyable if not. Quite a number of things on the bar menu weren't available which was unfortunate as they were the things wanted. Most items we had were good but most needed more seasoning. Cauliflower share plate was a stand out though
