EXPENSIVE. $30, $40, sometimes $80 for clothing - most of which would be cheaper to buy new. Outrageous pricing, has been going this way for years but my visit this week has left me shocked.NEVER RETURNING. Don't go there, no longer worth it, bunch of money hungry greedsters.Definitely not in the spirit of charity" to be ripping off low-income community members. Disappointing."

They must have new management. The place is now empty and resembles a department store. Let us not foerget its an op shop. It's now off my radar to go to. Very sad.

OVERPRICED!!!A pair of clean jeans can cost you $24. We all know that most op shops priced jeans at $7 to $9.Many average winter jackets were from $40 to $76 each. Most op shops priced similar jackets at $15 to $25. What a joke! There was an old table Singer sewing machine in the front windows for $250, then a vintage typewriter inside with an outrageous $389 tag. You can buy on eBay or even collectible shops for significantly less. This shop has lost touch with the community. They are insulting those caring donors that have donated these good to them for charity. Greedy! Greedy! Greedy! This is one of the MOST EXPENSIVE Salvos that I have seen in the last 30 years. Greedy management selling donated goods at ridiculous prices.I am starting to think the management must be on some sort of commission scheme. The more they sell, the more they take homes. Shame! Shame! Shame!I call on all Salvos and op shops supporters to boycott this greedy store. There is ZERO charity spirit within this store.

I was completely shocked when I saw their grossly overpriced items. Everything was way overpriced and way too expensive. This is definitely a money making oriented store, it does not have any intention to promote reuse and recycle. The prices are so ridiculously high that customers would op for new items from Kmart, Big W, Target or even Myer. Brown leather belt for $25? Runners for $35?WHERE IS THE SPIRIT OF CHARITY?

This is the worse Salvo Op shop everrrrrr and EVER. I have been to almost all of the op shop in Melbourne and found out this op shop and their management are clearly lack of understanding of what they are doing. It's clearly overpriced and the worse case is they think they know what they're doing. Moreover, by printing the reference pricing from the internet and trying to proof that the particular thing worth more is a disgrace decision for Op Shop. How could you referencing the price by the platform where anyone could upload and dictate the price. It's losing its authenticity of what op shopping is. And it's surely losing regular customer. This is not sustainable at all.Well if you're thinking that they trying to raise money as much as possible by selling expensive. That's clearly an absurd. By lowering the price down i guarantee you will have more regular customer coming every week to spend some money. Everyone willing to spend money at Op Shop if they knows they getting something worth, not being ripped off. BY lower the price, its also help the community to recycle stuff rather than buying new thing from Kmart or target. It's time for realization and i hope they're doing something to improve it.

Good items at times but a real shame that items are ridiculously overpriced. Charges more than market value on most item or from the store new.

I have the feeling there is some sort of competition between Salvo stores to determine which makes the most profit. Or, in this case, being in Kew, management believe the locals can afford to pay; as this store is waaaaay over priced. A German beer stein priced at 38 dollars isn't market price, it's tell him he's dreaming". I wouldn't donate here

Good size store. Very expensive for a second hand store. Half the items were marked a higher price then they are to buy brand new.

A bit pricey for a op-shop but you can find absolute gems and customer service is great!
