I've received Bellabox for years and absolutely love it. I look forward to it every month and never disappointed. I've also purchased a number of subscriptions as gifts (the gift that keeps on giving) including gifts for my sons. They love the Bellabox for men. Highly recommended. Great value. Great service. Great products.

I was a member of Bella Box since June 2020. I overall enjoyed my Bella experience. I got to try many products I never would of known about or been able to afford otherwise . The boxes always had a full size item which was wonderful. Quite often there would be a higher end item too - that was a real treat. BB became something to look forward to every month, my own tiny slice of self care. It was nice to have an emphasis on local products as well.Quite a few of the products I have tried via BB have now become part of my regular purchases.On the negative side, I found after about 4-6 months the products became quite repetitive. I think I received toothpaste, lip balm and sunblock over 10+ times each, I even got random hair ties a couple times? and while what I listed are necessary products to any beauty regime, you can also just get those things at the supermarket and you don’t need them in what seems like every single box.I changed my preferences a few times to see if that helped change the products but it didn’t seem to make a difference.Secondly, many of the products seemed like they were at the end of their life - like they were purchased or donated to BB cheap as we’re going to expire soon. They had lost their scent or had that “old skin cream” smell about them. TBF, this is a guess as I didn’t check use by dates, but we all know “that smell”.Speaking of smell, the boxes the products come in are super cute and very handy to reuse for storage, organising or gifting, but when they first arrive they always STINK! Why is this? I get rid of the tissue and air them outside for the day before I can use them again. I must not be the only one who noticed this.Finally, When I logged into review products I once spent hours doing it, catching up on months of boxes and products, only to discover there was a glitch on the website at the time and none of my well thought out reviews or ratings or points were recorded. So I never tried again and was very disappointed.The website itself definitely also needs a lot of work and barely useable.Overall, I enjoyed BB as a treat, but I would not recommend subscribing passed 6 months at the most or just order the special occasion boxes otherwise you will end up with a lot of tubes of toothpaste, lip balm and eye cream testers and your points for reviewing might just end up wasting hours of your life.Thanks!

Unbelievable amount of issues since their website rebuild.I purchased a 12 month bellabox subscription last year, yet I received multiple emails saying my card will be charged.My card has also been charged when not meant to. I did receive a refund thankfully.I am unable to remove my cc details from their website.I have also deleted a Wellness box subscription, my account says I have no subscription yet I continue to receive e-mails saying my card will be charged. Again I received confirmation last month they deleted my account yet today I received an email stating m ycard will be charged in 2 days

It was so exciting receiving my first box, I was very impressed with the range of products especially as I have 3 girls I could share them with. They have been fantastic and helpful when I had questions about my future orders. Highly recommend

Absolutely delightful to deal with, love receiving my monthly Bellabox and cannot wait to see what goodies are waiting inside!!The products are not only of high quality but there is always a variety of different products to try and see if you can find a new favourite product without spending a fortune.I highly recommend Bellabox for anyone wishing to try top quality products at a fraction of the price you normally would, each month is such a delight to receive!

The worst experience purchasing it as a gift for someone. Since the website has changed, it's very confusing. Been back and fourth with customer service who you can only email. Didn't actually read what I was saying and got generic messages until I got upset. Followed what I was told to do and it was still wrong. What a headache! Not what you want as a gift or for the reciever. Will never be buying again.

I've been subscribed to Bellabox for 7 months now because I love it! All of the full sized products I've received are worth much more than what you pay for the entire box and I've loved every single one! The quality of the products are phenomenal, with brands I already know and love to brands I'd never heard of but am now a fan of. If you're unsure just give it a try for a few months, I'm pretty sure you'll end up loving it!

What a Scam!! They send an email of what's in your box...a Sneak Peek" they call it!! For the MAY Bellabox...You have 1...yes 1 FULL sized product! EVERYTHING ELSE....was samples!If you Don't read the email properly...you could Easily think you're getting 2 FULL Sized Products...but NO...only 1! The OTHER Full Sized Product...says you May receive "either"....the 2ND full size product....OR 1 of there tiny samples! Guessing 99-100%....only got the Free Sample!! WAS there even a 2ND Full Size Product at all? Or is that just another Ruse/Lie???"
