Hi Bloomex,Thank you for early delivery for my order for my mom and sister. Unfortunately you send me a flowers it’s not in my expectation. I ordered a 6 long stem flowers of pink roses. And that’s supposedly to my mom . They received a not nice bouquet flowers as what my order. I don’t understand everytime I’m ordered from you guys it’s not what I expected and a missing from my orders. My presence is sending my Mother’s Day gift and to my sister because I’m far from them but I’m disappointed because my order is not good enough to make my mother and sister to make their special day . I’m so disappointed and how can I be your regular guest if you repeat and repeat disappointing me

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Ordered mother's day flowers well in advance, and they didn't turn up. No communication and no accountability. I will never use again, and I sincerely recommend anyone else stays clear of them unless you want to disappoint family members or timing isn't an issue.Update 24 May - No refund recieved when they told me it would be done by 18th May, and today these rocked up. I'm reporting this to my bank.

This is the first time I have used this supplier. I was a little hesitant as I have been reasonably happy with my usual florist. To my surprise they exceeded my expectations. The flowers were better than expected. Reasonably priced. Delivery was on time and the courier driver easily accessible to confirm delivery had been undertaken to a specific unit number which is always my concern if the person isn’t home.

Originally my order was not able to be even deliver to my recipient after multiple attempts by Bloomex which took over a week. They couldn't provide a refund so they offered store credit instead. I ended up using the credit to only be disappointed AGAIN. I bought 2 bouquets, PAID for shipping, only for it to be completely squished in a tiny box (which should have only housed 1 bouquet) with more than half the flowers either squashed with flower heads mutated or their stalks already broken off. Again, I couldn't even gift these flowers as they already look like they are about to rot when I just received them this afternoon.Do not recommend to use this service. I have never been so unhappy with a flower delivery ever.

Ordering and paying for flowers through the website was a breeze. The delivery was prompt and I was constantly updated on my order's progress. The bouquet brought so much happiness to my mother and the other residents in her dementia care home – it reminded them of the beauty in life. I've used bloomex a few times now and they always deliver gorgeous bouquets on time! I love that they deliver on weekends too, and next day delivery is usually available - even at 8pm the night before! I've been able to deliver all across QLD to my family/friends too, it's super helpful I can just use one company to deliver beautiful flowers to anywhere ☺️ Prices are also extremely reasonable with lower cost options (definitely most affordable I've managed to find).

The flowers came but nearly at the end of the day. They came in a box with a vase for me to put together. Shipping is very pricey. The flowers seem to be fresh and while they are beautiful they arent in the colours I ordered. Overall I would probably use them again.

Absolutely beautiful bunch. Really pleased with them.I've been disappointed in flower bunch quality delivered, through various shops and websites in Hervey Bay to my mother in law for a few years now , however, this bunch is just lovely. Thank you very much. Will be placing an order for her birthday in June.
