I’d like to leave a review for your driver Jarrod Berwick . I have a property that is very difficult to find . Jarrod persevered to deliver and rung me to determine my address . He turned up at my door with my parcel in a timely manner with a smile on his face ! I would definitely recommend Aramex highly and bonus points if all drivers were as pleasant and efficient as Jarrod . 5 out of 5 stars for him !

I ordered my daughters birthday present 1 week before surgery, 3weeks before her birthday with hopes that it would arrive before her birthday. I am stuck at home with her as she recovers so I have no time to order another present. I have made a contact attempted for an ETA, no response. Warnings on the website, blame flash flooding.. there is no flooding. Previous reviews show the company tend to have sad excuses for delays. Meanwhile, I've had 2 other deliveries arrive within 2-3 days of ordering from catch (the same order with my daughters present). You should stop taking order of you can't keep up!

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm awaiting 2 deliveries and one has been sitting at the Wollongong depot for over 2 weeks! I've contacted them numerous times and get a generic message back that they have a back log. It's getting ridiculous. Being a little behind is understandable bit weeks? And blaming after Christmas sales? It's the only company that seems to have this issue as Aus Post and Couriers please still on time. Worst service ever and so over it!

They take your parcel to the nearest depot which happens to be an hour away. So you organise redelivery on a certain day that you will be home. They dont come that day and instead come 4 days later and even though you have given permission to leave the parcel, they take it back again to the depot an hour away. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away

This company is an absolute joke thanks to their now Philippines call centre. Thanks Aramex for leaving my parcel for weeks on end. Then you need to make a request to pick-up after i finally tracked it down.What happen to good service. This company definitely doesn't have it . Never use them again if I'm sending or receiving parcels. I will pay extra and use Australia post or a pigeon that would be quicker.

Ordered mattresses online a month before my guests arrive and they are still not delivered. My guests are sleeping on the hard floor only because the seller chose this company for delivering the mattresses. They are not reachable, no contact details, no response to my many emails. Just an absolute disgrace.You made my guests uncomfortable, made me mad and from the reviews, you are making everyone mad with your services. If you can't handle the tasks just give up and close the business. Why bothering?Got an update email from Aramex after well over a month that the mattress is missing and I have to order it again! Ordered again and the seller chose Aramex again for delivery. Let's see what happens to the parcel again this time!

Horrible service. Waiting for a delivery is a joke. They can’t even give me a status update. Just sitting in Sydney sorting centre for a week. Was quicker coming via plane internationally then stopped once it got to centre. Apparently they are understaffed? Maybe pay them more money and you won’t have this issue. Plenty of people out there needing jobs. If you’re a business don’t use this service. As your customers will be angry. I’m one angry customer waiting on stock to support my small business and this isn’t fair.

This is a true case of wishing you could provide negative stars.Placed an order 2 weeks ago and it's been sitting in the Sydney depot for 10 days... it's being delivered to Wollongong (80km).A bloke in a wheelchair could have delivered it by now.This is one company ill be happy to see the headline Aramex in Administration " on the front page of a newspaper."

Ordered something from Sydney (120km from my house) 18 days ago, it’s been sitting in transit for 9 days now. I ordered something from Germany the same day and it arrived 5 days ago. How can something get here from Germany quicker then you can deliver a small parcel not even a 2 hour drive away.Years ago I used Aramex and had the same issues, this is a joke and won’t ever use them again as it’s obvious nothings been improved.

Jarrod Berwick was exceptionally helpful. Called numerous times to contact me and coordinate delivery to avoid parcel going back to the depot. Jarrod was flexible and coordinated delivery & signing at a neighbours place as I was away. Very customer oriented and much appreciated.
