Great experience with LADS! from the moment that I made an online enquiry their professionalism and service was fantastic. As soon as I rang and spoke to them I knew that they were the right company for the task.We are planning major hardscaping works in our yard and assumed that the Power and Phone lines ran through the middle. They confirmed it, so back to the drawing board.They were very accommodating in the scheduling times ( so our landscaper could be present) and were punctual and friendly. The works were completed within the estimated timeframe and located all services we required were located and marked, as well as the ground marking a detailed report was provided with the price (see attached picture).On the whole I would comfortably recommend LADS for any locating that you require.

We work with LADS on a regular basis and they are always professional, trust worthy and reliable. They do excellent work! I am constantly emailing Jimmy Martin (the Works Coordinator) requesting copies of endless paperwork for our Clients, quotes, booking jobs in, etc and he is always on top of everything. It’s so reassuring for me that I can rely on him to get something done that I ask him for. He’s always efficient, friendly and accommodating and makes my job so much easier.

As a traffic controller working along side Lads- Kai Smith has proven to be a pleasure to work with. His communication skills are precise, easy to understand and above all respectful. Kai shows all traffic controllers on site nothing but common courtesy. Great work!!
