The place looks very good, the bread looks sensational and the staff are friendly... It's tucked at the back but if you enter from the Commercial Road entrance it's pretty much the first store on the right. We only ordered one item but unfortunately it missed the mark with presentation (see pic) and temperature as it was meant to be served hot and it was warm on top and cold inside but I'm sure this was a one-off. I will definitely go back as most of the stuff looked really great...

Tried this place as I’m in the hunt for the best croissant in Melbourne. Tried the Ham & Cheese and thought it was good but not spectacular. I did however adore a small caramel they were selling in the window. Not sure of the name but so delicious. Staff were also so professional / friendly. I also loved the location… had a bit of a wander in the market to find some either great food choices.

$6.5 Pain Aux RaisinFlaky texture with layered, a lot of Raisin and it’s the main sweet come from. You can taste the maple syrup on the surface. Overall is not too sweet and perfect.

It's a lovely baker at phraran market with friendly staffs. The coffee is great and the Danish strawberry was so delicious and chrunchy. There are a lot of option to choose for having a bite. The bread looks amazing.

Tried kouign-amann and a croissant. Tasted pretty good but not the best I’ve had. I think affordable for what you get around prahran market.Lots of food available but the wait line was atrociousHave to get in early so you don’t wait for 20minutesToo many people taking their sweet time orderingWould I go again? yes but only if I past by without a long line and more staff to handle the customersNeed to put sign saying no AMEX on terminal. Just says credit card attracts surcharge.

Often going past and sneaking looks at their goods, as it was a warm day today, I just wanted something light and quick to the table. Their blackboard menu offered a slice of the Potato and Leek Galette, which I decided to try. It was yummy; already seasoned, it's deliciousness was enhanced by the light and crisp/soft puff pastry casing. Recommend. Along with their version of iced coffee, good value for $12. My tummy thanked me!

I got plain croissant, ham and butter baguette and iced long black. The plain croissant was definitely beat the plain one in Agathé. Nice coffee. Ham and baguette was good too but the lady forgot my baguette in the oven so I had to wait 10’ until reminded other staff to get it for me.

The twice baked chocolate and hazelnut croissant is hands down the best croissant I’ve ever tasted. I’ve found my new weekend treat.

The breads were amazing and they made the entire section at the market smell like something straight outta a movie set in a 1900s European movie.The staff were helpful and friendly, even going as far to nab the last kugelhoph the moment I made the order.They do seasonal bakes too, so do visit them often!They do good coffees too :)

Beautiful french bakery that is so good that it is the only shop in the market that had a queue before they open the shop at 8. Baker visible through the window too. Crossaint was fantastic and coffee was good. Only feedback is it is winter and coffee needs to be more hotter.
