Woodlea Sales Hub & Display Village

No updates. Tried calling them, dont provide any information. My land was due to settle in August first week, and has been getting 2 weeks more 2 weeks more from First week of Aug and its October now, still same response. Have got my loan already extended 2 times. Being a first home buyer its a nightmare to go through.

Excellent place to live, Easy access to freeway and train and most importantly friendly and helpful nabour hood.

I can't speak for the experiences of poor Fadi (or for any of the numerous relatives he has who share a very similar writing style as him) but I can talk about the playground located here.This is probably the best playground around. For adults it's got plenty of undercover seating, bbqs, bins, drinking fountains and a cafe.For kids this place is a goldmine. It's got facilities catering for kids of all ages. There are multiple swings (including a combination swing you can put your baby/toddler in while you swing with them), slides, climbing equipment, massive sand pit (including diggers, chain buckets, etc.), a small water feature to play with, 3 solo trampolines, balance beams, plus more equipment I don't know the names of. The ground is made of rubber rock and chip bark so any kids falling are generally pretty safe. The cafe also has a massive air pillow that's essentially like a big trampoline that also sometimes it's turned on.There used to be two flying foxes here which were absolutely brilliant, but then some idiots complained and now they're gone. In my experience watching people there it's because they think unsupervised kid in a flying fox is a good parenting strategy. Yet another great thing ruined by morons.There are other quite good parks in the area (Frontier Park has a much bigger water play area, so keep that in mind for hot days) but this is the park I go to when I want to make sure little ones will exhaust themselves and get a great nights sleep. There's so much to do the only problem is that they often don't want to leave.The only improvements I can think of are that they would bring the flying foxes back, it could do with a little more parking and that it doesn't have any disability accessible equipment. Frontier Park has a roundabout that you can get a wheelchair on. Something like that, a wheelchair swing and bringing back the flying foxes here would probably make this one of the best parks in the state.Highly recommended, definitely check this one out.

Nice area with wonderful parks for families to enjoy. Cafe available at the playground for parents to have a meal and coffee while their kids play. Great range of display homes.

These people are running the biggest fraud system. They Keep inflating prices and their agents sell land prior release for cash or to builders. They Keep people in queue waiting so that the demand keep inflating. Will report this to accc as its not fair for honest customers who want to buy land. Very hidden system so that normal consumers cant see anything and they will keep inflating the demand and prices. over the last 6 months they have increased price more 10% for vacant land thats way more then national real estate growth in 6 months. I suggest everyone dont waste your time in their lottery system as you will never win and because of this demand they will keep increasing their price and consumers will struggle to settle their land

Beautiful community. We had coffee in the Aintree coffee shop and lunch at Malaysian Restaurant. We went there to look at the display homes .I would love to live in this place.Soon.❤️

I love this place. When you walk in you feel welcomed. This place attracts you with all the colours and of course the lovely people work there. They are always happy to answer questions and the way they display the master plan is awesome. They have a kids area to engage kids with a beautiful collection of kids books while you are exploring and making the biggest decision of your life, whether to invest or live in the area with beautiful parks and a diverse community what we call the #truewest

Great estate, VERY well thought out when compared to other estates. No wonder Mirvac is a sell out anywhere across Vic, let alone Woodlea, arguably best project delivered yet.We purchased a land & home package in 2020 with settlement of land in 2021, moved in mid 2022, understandably builder had a couple of delays whilst going through covid etc. but overall an expected timeline when comes to building a home.Our very first interaction with the Woodlea team was wonderful, friendly staff showed us the map of where our lot would be, near by (at the time & now built!) future parks, Woodlea town and other planned amenities. Throughout review of the contact, any detail we had to keep in mind or pay attention to (home design, timelines, settlement process) was highlighted & well explained. Being first time buyers, let alone builders we felt very comfortable!YouTube updates, email updates with where our stage was - AMAZING! Webinar right before settlement to explain the process yet again & make sure everyone is ready (how much more can you really ask off a developer?!)Settled as promised on time, in fact a few weeks earlier (which we were more than happy with!) this was stage #42During building, we had a couple of amendments during approvals stage, maybe added extra 2 weeks - pro tip, keep your builder accountable & info will flow through much quicker.Once home was built, fencing and letter box installed, we picked out front yard design - Woodlea Team was out within 2 weeks and had done front yard landscaping for us (as promised for free!)Another 3-4 weeks later, grass was put onto nature strips & trees planted, suddenly the place looked well established, green & beautiful!Narrower streets - is actually a bonus and well-planned design as it forces cars to slow down, hence safer environment for kids, pets, cyclists.We love the parks, town centre, how well the area is maintained & hopefully counties to be this way after Woodlea are done with their final release (that’s really up to the council, who should be thrilled with the amount of investment driven into the area)Woodlea have managed to build a stellar community out west, about time & well done to all of the Woodlea Team!Anyone considering, 10/10 would recommend!
