Young Services Club

We walked down from our accommodation for dinner, it was lovely and fresh, I'd absolutely recommend the souvlaki. I'd suggest replacing the collect your own meals from the counter system, it's fine for some but not everyone is able bodied and it's not easy to collect meals when you have children with you. The tea was perfect and the ginger beer was refreshing. Worth a visit.

We had a great night here. Cold beer, great food and spacious new interior. Jason picked us up and dropped us back to the hotel with the courtesy shuttle. Five stars to Jason and the club!

Always a great feed and service at the Club. Had a schnitty and beef burger (without bun). Yum!

Love the food, had about 30 visits and only ever had one issue with the meal (asked medium rare got well done).Also don’t dismiss the vegetable, they are some of the best I’ve had, I choose those over the chips now.

I just had prawn and chorizo linguine and honestly it was an absolute rip off. 4 prawns, lucky to be a quarter of chorizo sausage and served with dried spaghetti. Also laced with so much chillies that it was not an an enjoyable meal. Ripped off at $32!

Great food, the whole club has been renovated and is very modern. Staff are friendly and good atmosphere and very child friendly

Lovely spot for dinner. Recommended by the motel next door. Good food. Local vibes. Although the mains took 30mins to arrive!

We have been to the bistro before, and liked it so much we brought visiting friends here for dinner.Today we tried the Cafe. Excellent! Good coffee, a lovely selection of cakes and light snacks at a good price. We decided to become members (3 years for $25 for pensioners - what a bargain, as it includes the Golf Club and the Sporties as well) because we will be coming here regularly!There are regular functions and you can arrange accommodation through the club too.Highly recommend for the Cafe and the Bistro.

I called the club twice in three days to inquire about the weekly poker comp I'd previously heard about. The first call the young guy that answered in the late afternoon wasn't familiar with the specifics and said he'd take my details and have someone get back to me. Expecting that not to happen I insisted he ask other staff who may be familiar with their event scheduling, so he did with no luck took my details and I received no call back after a day. I followed up again the following day and was then told in the early afternoon yes registration is at 6 for a 6:30 start. So I turn up at 6:05 to be told oh no they are on break for 2 weeks.I'd expect a well established business like this with staff designated to take calls to actually know what customer service is. What a waste of my time
