There has been a change of ownership and the new owners Henry and his wife have always ironed and dry cleaned well. We were going to another ironing service and have swapped to them. My wife sent in a white jacket that was water stained and they managed to get it off without buttons falling off etc. Never had a problem with this service.

The worst dry cleaner EVER! I will recommend this service to someone who's eager to have their clothes lost and ruined. My husband had one of his shirts totally ruined. There was no stain on the shirt but they attempted breaching for no reason, and claimed that the stain" can't removed and asked for money. (What they call the "stain" is actually white out stain which was apparently the result of the excessive and unnecessary breaching process they made.)Now they've lost another shirt. It's been missing for 3 weeks now and the lady at the counter told me that she doesn't know where it is and waiting for someone to turn back the shirt as she assumes that she has handed the shirt to a wrong person.(No apologies ) So she wants me to come back again to check if the shirt has come back

This is a great local dry cleaners. They do a great job on our shirts, suits and bedding. The owners are always happy & friendly and they will rush through anything urgent. I would highly recommend them.

Apparently they are only good for daily wear. Anything silk, cashmere or high end pieces, please send elsewhere. If it's bought from India, am informed it's crap and they don't care if ruined. Apologies to Joanne, she's great. It's the bad customer service by the husband and twice bitten never going back!
