Massage Is Magical

I really want to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the remedial massage service I received at your clinic. I had booked a 60-minute session and paid the full price ($95.00), expecting a professional and satisfactory experience. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service I received and was compelled to leave the session prematurely after only approximately 20 minutes.To begin with, upon arrival and once the session commenced, it became evident that the quality of the massage itself was subpar. The therapist seemed unskilled and lacked the necessary expertise to deliver an effective remedial massage. His technique was inconsistent and lacked the necessary pressure and precision required for therapeutic relief. Instead of addressing the specific areas of concern I had mentioned prior to the session, he seemed to focus on generic movements that did not target my problem areas effectively. Not to mention the attempt to crack my back without permission.Furthermore, the therapist did not engage in proper communication throughout the session with inadequate English skills and even attempted to continue after I had asked to stop. I had expected him to adjust the massage accordingly. However, he did not display any interest in ensuring that I was receiving a personalized and beneficial experience. It felt as though he was simply going through the motions, without any attention to my specific needs or concerns.Given the unsatisfactory nature of the service provided, I made the difficult decision to terminate the session prematurely. It was disheartening to realize that I had paid for a full hour of service and received a mere fraction of the intended time. I felt disrespected as a client, and the experience left me feeling physically uncomfortable and emotionally unsatisfied.I was then informed that the private healthcare terminal was not working. I understand that technical difficulties can occur, but when I mentioned this issue to the massage therapist, she appeared indifferent to the situation. Nevertheless, after I expressed my scepticism about the terminal's functionality, she miraculously managed to make it work, which seemed unprofessional and further raised my concerns about the overall experience.I strongly believe that this level of service is unacceptable and falls far short of the standards I had expected from your clinic.

explained to the man before he started I had a very sore back and neck and asked if he could be gentle. I had to ask him four times if he could be less hard as I was in pain. I swear he went even harder every time I asked him to not be so hard. Left the store in more pain then what I went in with. Not to mention the two huge bruises I’ve been left with on my back and neck from him. Definately would not recommend this place.

My first and last time.The owner talked mW out of getting the trainee massage as she said it may be lower price though not great massage...I should have known then something was off....half way through the massage that was full price I asked Therapist was she going to use oil. She got the owner in and the owner said You said no oil". I replied I said no such thing as you never asked me....so I got about 15 minutes worth of oil and when I went to pay the owner wanted to charge me $10 more for the oil.I refused as nothing was said about charging for oil and ...$10?This lady is money hungry and treats customers with such disrespect."

Very easy to book or cancel appointments. Most masseurs are very good and some are excellent. They accept Medibank via Apple Pay using the new hicaps machine. Convenient location.Edit:MEDIBANK customers BEWARE. Their provider number has expired as of May 2023 and they did not advise me before the massage. Handed me a paper invoice, and since have gone on holiday. Very disappointing and misleading service.

Their attention for providing exceptional service and genuine care for their customers that present with problematic aches and pains is evident from the repeat business of their regular customers who present for the care of these masseuse's. The convenience of HICAPS for on the spot Private Health Claiming is terrific given how busy our lives are today and because of this you know you are in hands of qualified people because if they were not qualified you would not be able to claim on your Private Health.
