Dr Jim is a caring dentist with a gentle way. Very good at calming the nervous patient. And a dentist that doesn't over service or charge

I can only say that the Dr Jim is good skill, but the service needs to be improved. Before my wisdom tooth surgery, the doctor sent me an SMS for my surgery quotation but not any detail of the operation. So I don't know whether the insurance company can reimburse the operation cost or not. I only receive the bill and list the item code after the surgery. (Item code may bit confusing for the new customer). My insurance company checked the item code and only reimbursed a small part of the operation cost because some item codes need more waiting period. If I know the item code before the surgery, I will wait longer to take my operation. I hope everyone will pay attention and ask for the item code, avoiding problems like mine.
