Lunch was absolutely disgusting.. driest fish and chips ever.. venue is in the fishing mecca of nth Qld and they serve frozen processed rubbish.. come on ALH is this really one of your hotels..

Good lunchtime menu, service was good and pub clean.Staff were friendly and treated us like a mate as soon as we walked through the door.Meals were nice exactly what we ordered.Prices were very acceptable.

Rooms are a bit dated and priced accordingly. Meals were lovely and it has a brilliant view.

Great Pizza and very friendly and helpful service. It is a Pub, you will need to go to the bar to order. Which is fine, that way you meet some lovely people.

I gave up on ordering pizza from the pub. 3 times in a row it took more than 30 minutes to get a pizza. Last time I saw the oven inoperative so I asked where my pizza was if the oven wasn't running. Turnned out it being just sitting somewhere in the kitchen waiting for me to complain. They put kids to work in the kitchen with no costumer service or care for their costumers. Wish it was just once that happened to me but 3 times now... I give up.
