Liz's yoga class was fun and inclusive. It was a great intro for beginners but she also worked with the more advanced students to push themselves as well.

The Yoga Yard
I've recently started Yoga again (after 4 years) and have never felt so comfortable in a class! Liz is fun, down to earth and makes the class a comfortable and fun experience. She showed the group poses and allowed us to go at our own pace and capability. Highly recommend OmChitta. 5 stars all the way. Thank you Liz!
