C & I Refrigeration

Absolutely poor service, I will never recommend this company to anyone. Our staff contacted them several times in regards to replacing the seals on one of our display fridges and each time they would take our number and say 'We will get back to you.' However not ONCE did they ring us to follow up with our requests, we rang them 4 times over the course of 5 months asking what was happening and every time we were given an excuse, 'Oh the supplier of those seals hasn't gotten back to us' or 'Yup, I have a note here for it, I will just ring them now'. We finally gave up & rang another company, Seal-A-Fridge and they sent out someone and it was all fixed within 3 days and for $150 less than what we were quoted by C&I. Absolutely disgusting, do not recommend at all. Not happy C & I Refrigeration :(
