Amazing service and staff! Phone went from looking like a kaleidoscope to being fully functional in less than a couple hours. Server was amazing to talk to, and price was completely fair considering my phone was basically One colourful Piece of shattered glass and came back pristine. Will hopefully NOT be back soon considering the implication, but if my phone breaks again, I’ll know where I’ll be going! :)

Great service, they will tell you it how it is and let you decide what you want you want done. There was no fee for a quote on my phone even though it was suspected to be water damage. I would recommend you go to Fix a Phone for a repair. Also they are incredibly fast on repairs!

Attended store on 29/06/2023 - Technician was able to expertly restore a Samsung Galaxy A70 back to its original super fast charging capability following shoddy soldering and dishonest (non) repairs at another repair company. Guy at Fix-A-Phone demonstrated the possible causes of the issue by showing me microscope/macro images of the boards and battery connecters, then proceeded to repair the device in under half an hour with official Samsung battery and parts. I really should have just come to these guys to begin with... Outstanding work...
