Checked out a sub-compact tractor nearly four weeks ago. Was promised pricing information for tractor and a few options. Called four times on subsequent days trying to find out when quote would be sent. No response to calls and still no quote received nor any explanation as to why. Seems they don't want my business so have decided to go elsewhere.

Have used them a couple of times, were able to get my old John Deere 2010 Industrial going after it had sat for a couple of years. The service manager himself came out and had it going after about an hour, no problems with giving advice when I asked him about the machine. Great job.

I always seem to have trouble contacting RDO Gympie. Answer the phone please!!. Took my new ride-on in for its first service, and was not happy with it when I got it home I was disappointed. I had to take it back again and get them to fix their failures. They weren't happy. Finally got it back again, and it seems to be running heaps better. It was just frustrating loading it up and transporting it an hour there and an hour back because they didn't service it properly the first time.

Good stock of spare parts. The spare parts girl needs customer service lessons. Sue in the workshop is great. Warranty work isn't as easy as it should be though which is mainly john deere not RDO.

Had a shocking day in town thanks to staff in several retail outlets not doing their job. Got to RDO equipment and needed heaps of specific nuts and bolts because I had stripped the deck of my ride on. I thought it was going to be a battle. It wasn't, I got a fantastic lady on the desk and she was patient and helpful. It turned my whole day around and I left town in a good mood.
