$120 of food in the bin. Absolutely terrible food, no flavour, raw dim sims and you couldn't even chew the meat. Worst Chinese I have EVER had! We rang the restaurant to tell them about our experience and were put onto the owner who was very rude to the point she hung up in our ear. I will never be going back and I suggest you don't either unless you want to spend ridiculous prices and receive disguisting food, also get spoken to extremely rudely!

The food was extremely disappointing. The mixed vegetables seemed like they were straight from the can, the honey chicken sauce was just honey mixed with sesame seeds and didn't taste right. The Singapore noodles had little flavour and neither the vegetables or the noodle dishes had any sauce/ flavouring.

Just had the worst Chinese ever.1 While the Girl at the front was taking our order she was falling asleep at the Desk (YES YOU READ RIGHT)2 While i was waiting she stuffed up someonelse’s orderthat had been sitting there for over an hour3 Got the food home our food was really salty, there was some food with the saltNormally we have had no problem with the food but this time it was bad enough to say we will not be going backIf we had to really rate the whole thing we would have Given it a BIG FAT ZERO000000000000000000000000000000

Having read some of the recent reviews on Golden Valley we decided to try it for ourselves...... Never be turned away from a negative review, that SEEMS to be isolated....... let your own opinion judge the fair.....Our visit to Golden Valley was a feast to behold.I understand that you cannot please some of the people EVER........ but I'm convinced this business pleases most of the people ALL OF THE TIME....Service was super and in this day and age the value for money was excellent.....Back again ASAP.....well done

On special days for example mothers day u need to have more staff on the floor an7d one working and the takeaway orders.Considering how busy you were Teaghan (I asked her name) was very good under pressure she was polite ,quick to respond and just a nice person I actually felt sorry for her working under those conditions.

Picked up takeaway - prices not cheap. Wait time OK, and servings were big and dishes all tasted OK (so prices were OK for what we got). We got two meals. Will go again but order less next time.

Love the food here. We've had take away and eaten in, both great. We've also had a bunch of different dishes and they have all been so good. We love the chow mein, in particular! Thanks for the great food and keeping us fed during lockdowns!

Food was absolutely terrible, you are much better off going inside the shopping centre and eating from the food court. All the foods that contain meat must be left in meat tenderiser so youll just end up eating soft pieces of rubber. Sauces are fake Chinese tastes, and service at the table took a long time. This place is suited to the typical bogan taste pallets who truly think they are eating Chinese and believe that Dim Sims are traditional. Such a waste of time and money, but most importantly time…what a joke.

We had take-away on 16/5/19 we have been going there for twenty years+ the chiefs change about yearly the standard was the lowest I have ever seen the special fried rice was burnt you could see the burnt meat pieces. The mains were meat and sauce with just a few vegies. If it had been like the usual meal it would have been 10 times better. The worst dish was the Lemon chicken it was not edible. It will take a long time before we go back there.

I never like to give bad reviews or try to ruin someone's business but this review is so this restaurant can improve and be aware of just how poor their food is. Spent $65 last night and all ended up in the bin. Genuinely inedible. Mongolian beef was terrible. I asked for crispy pork I got a oil soaked bag of pork medallions in deep fried batter. I can't describe how gross that was. Fried rice was terrible. So oily. Ham was way to big and looked like chunks of spam. Guys if I could give 0 stars I would.
