Don’t waste your time going to this place it’s a waste of time and money bad customer service as well I paid $1200 dollars for the first 16 sessions to have laser hair removal done.I can’t see any changeHad my sessions done with a lady that works there.she had a really bad customer service. At last I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this place.

Chloe is really great, always makes me feel comfortable and always checks in to make sure I’m okay. Constantly feels safe and very professional. Would definitely recommend Chloe for laser hair removal

I had my lips done with Nurse Lara and I am so happy with service and results.Minimal discomfort during injection and Lara is absolutely amazing. She took me through everything I should know and done absolutely amazing job!

I have been coming to the clinic for years now as I not only get the results that I am after but my expectations are exceeded. The skin treatments just work and the products are amazing and work very well with the treatments. All the treatments are backed by a medical doctor who invented the clinic. The beautiful therapists are very passionate about their work and highly knowledgeable. They help you get the results and aren't pushing any product selling and are honest about how many sessions are required. I am now coming in a handful of times a year because my skin is just amazing and the products I use at home work extremely well and complement the treatments. Keep doing the fantastic work!! I look forward to seeing you all again.

Medical negligence at this practice.Burnt me twice.Once in my eye and on the lip.Wont even take responsibility for it.Worst experience ever.I don't recommend anyone goes there!!

Shout out to Aureanna who made me feel so comfortable at my previous appointments that I bit the bullet & had my 1st Brazilian laser today. I'd been putting it off for years but it was nowhere near as embarrassing or painful as I was expecting. Thanks heaps!

Don’t waste your time, money and emotions on this place!I cannot even begin to describe the level of poor customer service that was offered by this clinic.I have done laser facial hair removal treatment of 14 sessions and there’s no improvement, During my appointments, I told them like I can’t see any improvement, one of the staff said you need to book more sessions because you have hormonal imbalance so it’s not going to be clear, even I described that thing in the form, before the time I start sessions and on my last appointment, they charged me extra money, when I asked them said, it’s not included in your sessions, even though I prepaid for my all appointments, they done same thing with my friend as well. Worst experience ever.I strongly recommend anyone goes there !
