Myself and my 2 boys have had haircuts from all the staff and I have to say that they are fantastic, will cut your hair with whatever fashion you like.I come from Ireland and I have to say that they are very professional and worth going to.

25 years of going to Giovanni Hair Studio, never had a bad experience. John and his staff are fantastic and always agreeable to shape and cut to whatever you required. A Traditional Men's Barbers with old fashion service and values. Keep up this tradition. Well done to all at Giovanni.

After being a regular customer for over 15 years, I regret to say that I can no longer recommend this barbershop.The only other male barber (not John) was unacceptably condescending and rude towards a genuine long term customer. The issue was me having the 'audacity to precisely request what type of cut I wanted'. I suppose when one gets comfortable in business, customer requests do not really matter anymore.Speaking to others who have patronised this business of late, his condescending and rude behaviour has become a hallmark of this business and this barber in particular. It becomes very unsavoury when good customer service only occurs if you happen to have the right person cut your hair on the right day; rather than having it as a norm across the board.

I have been going there mostly for many many years and have always found them to be extremely friendly,professional,polite and actually cut your hair the way you want it. Too many do what they want eventhough it's not requested. Well done and always will come back.

John and the ladies there are a great crew, who have a large, loyal clientele who have been seeing them for years who are more than happy with their level of service and skills.As for the charming Mike's review?bas always, there are two sides of the story.Perhaps he should be looking at his own behaviour before publicly slandering an upstanding local business? The day he came to see the ladies who work there, he was loud, rude, abusive, and quite frankly, I would have called the police on him.And as for how they smell? It's far better than the copious amount of dandruff he flaked around in there... he needs to get a life (and some good dandruff shampoo) and stop being so bloody childish.
