I went to highpoint store on friday 17/03/23, Hannah has the best customer service, she deserves a promotion and teach Werribee staff how to do their job properly. Hannah found what I needed within minutes in the store unlike 2 girls the previous night at Werribee. I would shop at Highpoint store again and again if you have more staff like Hannah. Also I called in the morning and Chloe was a great help on the phone too. They both deserve a raise.

The staff at Werribee were helpful and informative. We purchased a number of items and have found their products, particularly their Bamboo Premium Work Socks, to be of high quality & wash well. Will be purchasing again in due course.

went there at 4:47 and the girl said they were closed... website says 5... I knew what I wanted it would have taken me 5 minutes... but she just stood there with the doors pulled closed, clearly waiting for 5 o'clock so she could go homethis was at highpoint today Saturday

I bought some work shorts off them, and they have exceeded expectations! As a tradesman of over 15 years, I can tell these guys have really done their research , especially when it comes to comfort, durability and no belt requirement. I have already ordered more shorts straight away. 5 stars!
